  3. Click on 'My Documents' to upload your resume.

There will be over 400 portfolio review time slots this year.

Sign-ups will happen over the course of two days:

  • Wednesday, April 21 at 6:00 pm: You may sign up for 4 portfolio reviews

  • Thursday, April 22 at 12 noon: You may sign-up for 4 additional portfolio reviews

  • Sign-ups close, Thursday, April 22 at 11:59pm

Portfolio Review time slots fill very quickly on the first day which may cause the system to respond slowly.

To manage the sign-up process:

Be sure you review all organizations attending the Fine Arts Portfolio Review and prioritize those you want to meet with first and foremost.

Prioritize a list of 10-15 organizations for your reference when the sign-ups open.

Use the Resume Drop - if you are unable to sign up with a reviewer you may use the online Resume Drop for the reviewer. The Career Center will be sure that the reviewer receives your resume and we will encourage them to follow up with you.

Use the Screen Shots below show that you how to sign up for a portfolio review time slot and use the Resume Drop.

Cancelling a Portfolio Review After April 25

Every effort should be made to keep your review appointments out of respect for the reviewer’s time and your fellow students. In the event of an unavoidable hardship, such as illness or emergency, advance notice of your cancelation is appreciated, if possible. Portfolio review cancellations should be sent to risdcareers@risd.edu.

To follow up a missed appointment, it is customary to send a brief message to the reviewer with the hopes of restoring future relations. To learn more about this process, visit the Career Center during drop-in hours or by booking an appointment.
