Student Event Schedule
IMPORTANT: If you have class at the time of the event/s you’d like to attend, you must speak with your faculty member and request time away from class to participate. Speak with your faculty in advance to avoid any difficulty and an unexcused absence from class.
11:00 am / Student Check-In Begins
Students may arrive any time after 11:00 am to check in. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your first portfolio review. Only students with scheduled portfolio reviews will be allowed in the ballroom.
12:00 noon - 5:00 pm / Portfolio Reviews
Portfolio reviews begin promptly at noon and last 20 minutes each. There is one 20-minute break at 2:20. Students should wait in the Student Waiting Area between their scheduled portfolio reviews.
