10 AM / Organization Check-In

Reviewers may arrive anytime after 10:00 am. Please plan to arrive early enough to get settled before your first scheduled portfolio review.

11 AM / Lunch

Lunch will be provided starting at 11:00 am. Reviewers who arrive early will have a great opportunity to meet and network with each other! Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided throughout the day.

12 - 5 PM / Portfolio Reviews

Portfolio reviews begin promptly at noon and last 20 minutes each. There is one 20-minute break at 2:20 pm. Please contact the Career Center to let us know if you will be arriving after 12:00 noon or have to leave before 5:00 pm so we can adjust your portfolio review schedule accordingly.

5 - 7 PM / Cocktail + Hors d'oeuvres Reception

We hope you’ll be able to stay for a bite to eat and drink as our thanks for your time and commitment to meeting with students. You’ll have the chance to meet and network with other reviewers, academic department heads, faculty and RISD senior administrative leadership.
